Before your appointment

Visiting MD Skincare is strictly by appointment only. Please ensure you have an appointment prior to coming to the clinic.

If you or anyone within your household have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms or travelled outside of the country to a restricted area or been in contact with anyone affected by Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to your appointment, please do not attend your appointment and contact us to reschedule.

 

On the day of your appointment

If you experience any cold or flu-like symptoms, feel unwell, have a temperature, continuous cough, loss or change in taste of smell for any reason, please do not attend your appointment and contact us via email or telephone to reschedule.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Upon arrival, you will be required to wash your hands and use the antibacterial hand gel provided.

The treatment room and client toilet are deep cleaned after each appointment. We have allocated 30 min cleaning time after each client.

 

During your appointment

During treatment your practitioner will be wearing a fresh disposable apron, disposable pair of gloves, disposable mask and face visor. The treatment bed is stripped down and cleaned in between each client. Disposable couch roll and clean towels are used for each client.

Contactless payment is available.

 

After your appointment

Please ensure you leave the clinic promptly and do not wait in the reception following your appointment. Although appointment times are staggered to avoid cross-over, there may be other clients in reception waiting

If you experience any cold or flu-like symptoms, feel unwell, have a temperature, continuous cough, loss or change in taste of smell for any reason within 14 days of your appointment, please inform us immediately on renew@mdaesthetic.co.uk or 0203 488 3995.
